It is the beginning of summer and Agathe is back home in Montreuil. She must mourn her husband, who died senselessly in a motorcycle accident in India, and resume her work as a filmmaker. The unexpected arrival on her doorstep of an Icelandic couple and a depressed sea lion give Agathe the powers she needs to reclaim her life... A present-day comedy about the crisis, unemployment, living in the suburbs, and the melting pot of cultures, infused with the charming craziness of the characters, the film is concocted with a delightful group of actors, including Sólveig Anspach as a sprightly, offbeat artist and Florence Loiret-Caille as the completely bewildered young widow.
